We market all properties on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The MLS is the traditional internet advertising program for Real Estate across Canada. This tool is especially useful for marketing to regional Realtors who are working with local Buyers.

Aerial Photography and Videography

Our team members are licensed commercial drone operators and we are experts at utilizing state of the art drone technology to capture images and video of your property from high above. This birds-eye view helps depict a rural property’s topography, vegetation and layout like never before. It is simply impossible to effectively market rural properties without the use of this technology.

We use the aerial footage to produce high quality, property specific videos to be marketed across our numerous marketing platforms. We operate several drones including the DJI Mavic 2, DJI Mini and DJI Avata. Your property will be colorfully brought to life across all of our marketing mediums.

Mail Campaigns

We undertake targeted mail campaigns to reach those Buyers who might be less connected online. Our mailing campaigns make use of Canada Post’s Precision Targeter tools to ensure the flyers reach their intended audience. Our flyers combine imagery, mapping and textual information. This is an excellent marketing medium to micro-target local Buyers.

Print Advertising

Print advertising is an important component of our marketing plan. We are continually looking for new publications to help us target specific Buyer markets for individual properties. Our experience aids us in selecting the appropriate publications to be used.
