Whether it is utilized as a hobby farm, a fishing/hunting property or a home to raise your family, the serenity of the landscape is remarkable. Combining large tracts of hay land on the upper benches, blocks of thick standing timber and rich, fertile river bottom truly make this property one of a kind.

The residence is a spacious rancher with an open concept, modern kitchen perfectly suited for hosting large gatherings and family events. The remainder of the house possesses a unique rustic charm complemented with modern amenities. Each of three bedrooms offer views of the Fraser River, as it slowly flows past the property. The house contains plenty of storage and office space, a large, bright bathroom and a south facing solarium, which helps illuminate the living room on even the cloudiest of days.
The rich, fertile growing conditions have allowed cherry, apricot, apple, plum, grapes and quince trees to flourish mere feet from the residence. The yard, immediately surrounding the residence, possesses a 1 acre garden with plenty of room for expansion. The garden is complimented by the large greenhouse, which helps extend the growing season.
The property abounds with wildlife including robust populations of mule deer, black bear, moose and a growing elk herd. Hunting opportunities are numerous and large, trophy bucks may be taken on the property. The Fraser River, which runs adjacent to the property offers tremendous fishing opportunities for rainbows, bull trout, kokanees and salmon species.
